Roslynn Cobarrubias is the co-founder and CMO of mydiveo™. She oversees all marketing & artist initiatives, ensuring that the company’s strategic objectives are met. With nearly two decades of experience in the music industry and social media arena, Roslynn brings deep knowledge of talent booking, integrated marketing & original content to to her role. Named to Billboard’s “30 Under 30″ and The Source Magazine’s “Power 30″ lists, she has long been a leader in the industry and will help drive the company forward.
Prior to mydiveo, Roslynn acted as senior director of artist relations and director of integrated marketing at Myspace. In these executive roles, she led the artist relations team in developing, managing and marketing the site to music artists like and integrating artists like Jay-Z, Rihanna, John Legend into digital integrated marketing campaigns with top brands like DJ Hero, Wendy’s and AT&T. Under Roslynn’s leadership the Hip Hop/R&B community grew from just 126 artists to more than 2 million, making Myspace the largest urban music community on the web. Also as a result of their work with artists, she was a part of the team that helped grow the company’s user base from its early start at 2 million to over 200 million, making it the #1 website in the world. Roslynn also oversaw strategic partnerships with the GRAMMYS, American Music Awards, XM Radio, BET and VIBE, building joint ventures that resulted in fully integrated programs and original content well ahead of their time.
Roslynn is also the founder of the Third Floor Network, an event/video production company & creative network for industry executives, high-profile and emerging artists around the globe.
